When you inquire or book, you may share your name, your partner’s name, email, phone number, wedding date, venue, event details, and anything else you choose to include. We also keep what you share with us over email, calls, and the booking process.
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our partners may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on site, and the site that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. These tools may collect information about your activity on this site and other sites. They load only after you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can decline them or change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings at the bottom of every page.
4. How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry and send our Collection Guide, to plan, film, and deliver your wedding film, to improve the website, to measure and improve our advertising, and to send occasional updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help run the business, such as HoneyBook for inquiries, contracts, and payments, Netlify for website hosting, Vimeo for film playback, Google and Meta for analytics and advertising, and any additional cinematographer working your wedding as needed. We may also share information when required by law.
6. Your film and images
With your permission, we may share portions of your film or stills on our website and social media, as outlined in your contract. You can ask us not to feature your wedding at any time.
7. Your choices
You can decline or clear cookies through the banner, Cookie Settings, or your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add on, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account. To access, correct, or delete your information, email us and we’ll respond promptly.
8. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. Client information is kept for the length of our working relationship and as required by law.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your details safe.
10. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Visitors outside the United States
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed here. If you live in the EU or UK, you may have additional rights, including the right to access, erase, or object to how your data is used. Contact us to make a request.
